Armed Forces Day 2021
While Veterans’ Day celebrates the service of all U.S. military veterans, and Memorial Day honors those who had died while in military, Saturday, May 15th is Armed Forces Day. President Truman led the effort for this national holiday that honors those currently serving in the U.S. military. LJ Fabricators recognizes all of you and thanks you for your service. You are appreciated more than you know.

Bending Metal Every Day
LJ Fabricators is equipped to help you with your next bending project. Our bending technology allows us to fabricate parts with a simple 90° bend or complex with 20+ bends. We have (6) press brakes in-house with capabilities up to 352 ton and 13′ lengths. In addition, we utilize offline programming. MIG Welding Technology
At LJ Fabricators, we take pride in keeping up with technology in both our techniques as well as our equipment. Watch this short video to see our MIG welding technology in action. The piece being welded is 1/4″ A36 steel. Notice that there is no weld splatter. In addition, grinding is kept to a minimum (nearly entire weld was cleaned up using only a wire brush). When you look closely, you will also see the consistency in the weld bead and minimal weld distortion. They say hindsight is 20/20… and we’re glad 2020 is in our hindsight! We have missed our regular face-to-face visits with existing customers and the opportunity to meet new customers in person. However, challenges bring innovation – LJ Fabricators is excited to share that we are now offering Live Virtual Tours! From Start to “Finish”
During the laser cutting or punching process, a burr may form along the edge of the material and need to be removed. LJ Fabricators offers a number of in-house processes to put the finishing touch on the edges of your products. This removal process is achieved with either manual deburr tools or deburring equipment.
