- Two stations each with servo positioning tables
- Table size of 36” x 92” with 2,000 pound weight capacity

- 200 kVA AC resistance welding machine / CNC controlled with an 18” throat depth
- 170 kVA DC resistance welding machine / CNC controlled with a 30” throat depth
- 100 kVA DC resistance welding rocker arm machine / CNC controlled with a 24” throat depth
- Typical material thickness’ welded range from 22ga (.029”) to 3.00” weighing up to 4,000 pounds
- 3 welding positioners that hold 900 pounds horizontally and 500 pounds in the vertical position
