Hard to believe that Wednesday, September 11th, 2024 marks twenty-three years since 9/11. Most of us can recall exactly where we were when we learned of the attacks. May we never forget that day. A day of remembrance for the 2,977 killed in the attacks and for all those who gave their lives because of that day. Today (June 14th) commemorates the adoption of the American flag by Congress 247 years ago (1777). Flag Day was officially declared a holiday on August 3rd, 1949 by President Harry S. Truman. We recently expanded our material retrieval system by adding (2) additional towers. There are now (8) towers in all housing (176) cassettes which are stocked with a wide variety of metal . Each cassette can hold up to 6,600 pounds for a total capacity over 1 MILLION POUNDS !
