Live Virtual Tours!

They say hindsight is 20/20… and we’re glad 2020 is in our hindsight! We have missed our regular face-to-face visits with existing customers and the opportunity to meet new customers in person. However, challenges bring innovation – LJ Fabricators is excited to share that we are now offering Live Virtual Tours! Our doors are always open, but if you are unable to make it to our facility due to proximity, company protocol, or just limited time, contact us to schedule a virtual visit. We will sit down together via video conference and then walk with you through our shop LIVE where you can see our latest technology, ask specific product/project related questions, or get visual updates on existing projects in progress. Contact our Sales Engineer Michael Riley today to schedule your visit. Looking forward to meeting with you soon!

Happy First Day of Spring!

Saturday, March 20th marks the first day of Spring 2021. And just like everyone else, all of us at LJ Fabricators are excited for warmer weather, leaves on the trees, and new metal projects. Have a great weekend and we look forward to working with you on your next project!

From Start to “Finish”

During the laser cutting or punching process, a burr may form along the edge of the material and need to be removed. LJ Fabricators offers a number of in-house processes to put the finishing touch on the edges of your products. This removal process is achieved with either manual deburr tools or deburring equipment. Watch a short FINISHING PROCESSES VIDEO on our website to learn more. Just another important detail that we provide on every piece every day. If you have questions, CONTACT us today.

New Addition at LJ Fab!

Installation of our second material retrieval rack was completed this week. Each system has (66) shelves (6,600LB capacity per shelf) giving LJ Fab a total of (132) shelves to efficiently store material. We use a Material Flow Management Software that records material type (aluminum, carbon, stainless), material size, along with other specifications including Gauge, PO#, and Heat#. And, retrieving the material is just as efficient. The software quickly locates the needed material & LED lights direct the forklift operator to the correct shelf. Click HERE to see the system in action! This system has significantly reduced the footprint needed for inventory, minimized opportunity for damage, and reduced retrieval times. We are always striving for continuous improvement at LJ Fabricators!

22′ of Fabrication

LJ Fabricators recently finished up this project for one of our customers in the beverage industry. This piece of equipment was fabricated with 7GA (.180″) stainless steel and is 22′ long. In addition to the numerous fittings visible on the exterior, the tank is double-wall construction filled with cork to provide additional insulation. Project had extensive quality welding and required that the finish product maintain a straight edge. Finishing touches were put on before delivering in the shipping frame LJ Fab fabricated as well. Another great project for another satisfied customer. Contact us today for your next project – We look forward to earning your business!

Thick Metal? No Problem!

In addition, we also cut Galvanized / Galvannealed, Copper & Brass. Call, Email, or visit our website today for more information! (Pictured: 3/4″ carbon steel cut with oxygen)

Happy New Year!

LJ Fabricators would like to thank each and every one of you for another year of working together. We all know 2020 was one for the books, but we are thankful for the unprecedented challenges that made us better, all the new product opportunities that arose, and relationships that were strengthened this year. We hope that you all have a wonderful weekend as we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. From all of us at LJ Fabricators, we wish you and yours and very Merry Christmas!

First Day of Winter!

Today marks the first day of winter, or the winter solstice. It is the shortest day (and longest night) in the calendar year. This also marks a short week for LJ Fabricators (as we will be closed on Thursday & Friday to celebrate Christmas with our families). As always, contact us anytime and let us know if there is anything we can be doing for you.
